Shiv Nadar University (SNU) is a private interdisciplinary University in Uttar Pradesh, India. It is part of a series of initiatives launched by the Shiv Nadar, a private foundation funded by Shiv Nadar, founder and chairman of HCL Enterprise. Its stated aim is "to create an enduring, research-led, inter-disciplinary university at par with premiere education institutions worldwide".
